B2B Seminar organized in Bordeaux.
A 2-day event organized for Huawei Enterprise Business Group and aimed at their business partners from all over France.
The challenge was to provide the 300 participants with an optimal environment, considering its geographical location, mild weather in March, accommodation capacity, quality of hospitality, and variety of event venues. The choice of Bordeaux quickly convinced our client by meeting the various criteria favorably.
• The complete privatization of the Bordeaux National Opera with a lunch cocktail, followed by an afternoon of plenary work
• A gala dinner, featuring numerous activities, and ending with a dance party
• Travel arrangements including flights from the provinces and train travel from Paris via the exclusive rental of several TGV cars
• On-site provision of 4 buses and accommodation in 3 hotels of the Accor Group
For the second and final day, we invited the participants to discover Château Smith Haut Lafitte.
In addition to a complete tour of the estate and the cellars, a wine tasting of Château’s wines accompanied by a lunch cocktail concluded this exceptional seminar for the Huawei Enterprise Business Group teams.
