Organization and media coverage of the France edition of the Huawei Enterprise Roadshow: 2022, 2023 and 2025

A traveling event designed to engage local stakeholders, including partners, prospects and clients. An ambitious roadshow, conceived by Huawei and deployed across France by our teams over 3 editions in 4 years.

FROM PARIS TO BORDEAUX VIA LYON AND AIX-EN-PROVENCE

Since 2022, we have been supporting Huawei France in deploying their itinerant enterprise showroom across three editions (2022, 2023 and 2025). More than 15,000 kilometers have been covered with two trucks, including a modular semi-trailer, reaching up to 12 cities per edition.

Each tour was carefully designed to adapt to local specificities, with meticulous work on venue selection, step organization and the creation of a seamless and premium client experience.

IN INCREDIBLE AND AUTHENTIC VENUES

For each stop, we invested in prestigious locations (estates, châteaux, event venues) to welcome several hundred participants per city, bringing together clients, partners, journalists and experts.

A typical day alternated plenary sessions, product demos, guided tours of the mobile showroom, technical workshops and networking moments around lunches and cocktail receptions.

The experience was enhanced through communication materials adapted both to the nature of the venues and to the itinerant format: innovative self-standing signage, drone usage for media coverage and digital content designed for onsite screens.

ON-SITE AND REMOTELY

To ensure the success of each stop, we mobilized a dedicated team: two itinerant stage managers with a 20 m³ truck, a photographer-videographer, a project manager present in strategic cities and a remote logistics and digital support team. Each event benefited from real-time technical assistance and content support to deliver media assets within 24 hours.

This agile organization made it possible to maintain perfect continuity across all three tours, providing Huawei with a consistent and high-quality presence for more than 3,000 consolidated participants throughout France.
