FROM PARIS TO TOKYO, VIA LONDON

To support the “AIM for 2026” trajectory, AXA Investment Managers is rolling out an international roadshow designed to bring teams together around the Group’s strategic priorities.

Delasource orchestrates the production of multiple stops, adapting the setup to each destination.

The events are designed to accommodate a wide range of formats, from confidential sessions with 60 participants to large-scale gatherings of more than 1,000 attendees, while ensuring a consistent experience from one city to the next.

A two-part format…

DESIGNED FOR ENGAGEMENT

Each stop is built around a simple and effective structure.

The first “Town Hall” segment brings together the Board Management and employees to share the vision, clarify key messages and create a moment of collective alignment.
The second, more informal segment extends the event with a cocktail reception, encouraging conversation, internal networking and the flow of ideas.

Delasource ensures overall coherence, from stage pacing to seamless transitions, while integrating venue constraints, audience size and scenography requirements.

DESIGNED TO MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF EACH REGION

Because each country has its own codes, expectations and constraints, Delasource adapts the format and content at every stop, with video and stage approaches adjusted to local needs.

Some sessions also include live transmissions to other regions of the world, particularly Singapore or Sydney, extending the impact beyond onsite participants.

In parallel, we oversee the local production of printed materials and communication assets required for each stop, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand experience.
