LIVE KICK-OFF OGSB 2021
A 100% digital and interactive annual convention.
A 4-hour live studio broadcast, hosted by 2 co-presenters for internal audiences, in French and English, on the theme of exploration and adventure or "How to Turn Constraints into Assets."
We chose to shoot this live show in a real studio, complete with automatic cameras, a fully equipped set, and entirely dressed by our team to match the event’s graphic style centered around adventure. The idea of the program was to multiply short sequences and varied content to recreate the dynamics and appeal of a real TV show, with a subtle mix of classic corporate content (keynote, panel discussions, Q&A…), custom-made content by employees (music videos, video challenges, show parodies…), pre-recorded videos (teasers, introductory films, client cases…), the inspiring intervention of Christian Clot just before the start of his Deep Time mission, all punctuated by Emmanuelle’s graphic facilitation and her drawings.
We implemented a digital platform in two languages that allowed us to manage the entire event using the same tool:
* Sending emails (save the date, invitation, registration confirmation, platform launch, reminders, and thank you notes)
* Registration site
* WebApp to broadcast the live event and encourage interactions.
The platform included a maximum of features to promote exchanges and sharing, such as chat, social wall, quizzes, surveys, photobooth, animated photo mosaic, networking before and during the event…
Approximately 2,500 guests, a registration rate of 60%, a participation rate of 74%, and a satisfaction rate of 98%. 652 messages exchanged in the live chat and very positive feedback on the mix of fun and seriousness, the 100% digital and 100% original format, and the highlighting of internal talents for this inspiring and motivating event.
