ORANGE GROUP CULTURE
Production of a high-impact film about the corporate culture of the Orange Group.
The video was intended for all employees, presenting the evolution of its corporate culture based on three new core values: Caring, Responsible and Bold.
To support the development of its new strategic plan “Lead The Future” and the shift of its corporate culture toward three new key values (Caring, Responsible, Bold) Orange called on Delasource to produce a high-impact film.
The objective was to spread these three core values across the Group’s 150,000 employees and to tell them the story that the Group is building.
This film, designed to align mindsets and strengthen the collective, had to be a demonstration that was simple, clear, collective and fully embodied.
To achieve this, we built it through the lens of “crossed visions”, with a large cast composed of people working at Orange, as well as external personalities from the telecommunications world, including Tim Höttges (CEO of Deutsche Telekom) and Elisabeth Moreno (former French Minister).
Their testimonials intersect and respond to each other as if they were part of one single, unified speech.
The speakers are placed at the center of the frame, in the style of a Netflix documentary, in carefully crafted and sometimes unconventional settings with refined lighting.
A second camera captures cutaway shots with tighter framings to create rhythm throughout the interviews.
The long version of the film, lasting 8 minutes and translated into more than 10 languages, was distributed to all employees of the Group.
The short version, 4 minutes long, was broadcast during a live session with CEO Christel Heydemann, intended for top managers.
