AIX-EN-PROVENCE<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<p class=\"w-45 mrg-0 p-text line-h2 md-w-100 pad-b-80 revealimg-1\">Since 2022, we have been supporting <strong>Huawei France<\/strong> in deploying their itinerant enterprise showroom across <strong>three editions<\/strong> (2022, 2023 and 2025). <strong>More than 15,000 kilometers<\/strong> have been covered with two trucks, including a modular semi-trailer, reaching up to <strong>12 cities<\/strong> per edition. <br><br>Each tour was carefully designed to adapt to local specificities, with meticulous work on venue selection, step class=\"w-45 mrg-0 p-text line-h2 md-w-100 pad-b-80 revealimg-1\">For each stop, we invested in <strong>prestigious locations<\/strong> (estates, ch\u00e2teaux, event venues) to welcome several hundred participants per city, bringing together <strong>clients, partners, journalists and experts<\/strong>.<br><br>A typical day alternated <strong>plenary sessions, product demos, guided tours of the mobile showroom, technical workshops and networking moments<\/strong> around <strong>lunches and cocktail receptions<\/strong>.<br><br>The experience was enhanced through <strong>communication materials adapted both to the nature of the venues and to the itinerant format<\/strong>: innovative self-standing signage, drone usage for media coverage and digital content designed for onsite line-h2 md-w-100 pad-b-80 revealimg-1\">To ensure the success of each stop, we mobilized a dedicated team: <strong>two itinerant stage managers<\/strong> with a 20 m\u00b3 truck, <strong>a photographer-videographer, a project manager<\/strong> present in strategic cities and <strong>a remote logistics and digital support team<\/strong>. Each event benefited from real-time technical assistance and content support to deliver media assets within 24 hours.<br><br>This agile organization made it possible to maintain perfect continuity across all three tours, providing Huawei with a consistent and high-quality presence for <strong>more than 3,000 consolidated participants throughout
