ROADMAP SESSIONS BY HUAWEI

A quarterly event deployed by our teams since 2012 for Huawei at Orange headquarters.

This is a two-hour format organized by Orange to allow manufacturers such as Huawei to present the new products in their lineup that may be marketed by the operator.

A 2-hour format

PRECISION LOGISTICS, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND CREATIVITY

The rule is the same for everyone: manufacturers are on an equal footing to convince Orange buyers from all over Europe to select their products.

For 7 years, Huawei has entrusted us with the management and deployment of this quarterly event, which starts with a plenary session, followed by a “touch & feel” session where the 100 participants meet with the Chinese manufacturer’s teams around the products.

Having the same participants at each roadmap requires us to innovate and also to distinguish ourselves from other manufacturers.

Therefore, for each session, we create a dedicated environment around a theme that resonates with current Huawei news or the time of the year.

In addition to the customization of the furniture originally designed to showcase the products, we produce a series of communication materials and decorations for the space provided by Orange.

We also offer a fun experience and a culinary animation with artisans of French gastronomy or culinary innovations from new players in foodtech.
