RENDEZVOUS
An annual hybrid broadcast bringing together AXA IM teams worldwide.
Each year, AXA Investment Managers entrusts Delasource with the design and production of “Rendezvous”, its flagship internal hybrid event combining live broadcast and a TV-style set, streamed live from France to multiple regions worldwide.
Rendezvous is an internal event broadcast simultaneously in two sessions to reach different geographic regions: a first broadcast in the morning for North America and Asia, followed by a second in the afternoon for the Europe region.
Delasource designed a hybrid setup combining limited physical attendance with broad digital distribution on the client’s Workplace platform, allowing up to 2,000 employees to join live. This format ensures smooth and synchronized communication across AXA IM’s global teams.

Over 2 hours and 45 minutes of airtime, the show is structured around a sequence of segments including CEO interviews, discussions with the Board Management, expert contributions, employee testimonials and thematic conversations.
The TV set, scenographed and lit in line with AXA IM’s visual identity, provides a warm and professional environment conducive to dialogue. Some guests also join via video conferencing, allowing for a true representation of the Group’s international diversity.
The morning session is not recorded, and the setup is repeated live a second time in the afternoon.
The event is designed to encourage employee participation through live interactions throughout the broadcast. Questions, reactions and contributions enrich the on-set discussions and help reinforce the adoption of key messages.
Thanks to full control of live production, editorial pacing and technical execution, Delasource delivers a stable, smooth and engaging experience while enhancing AXA IM’s internal communication.
