A digital campaign specially editorialized for the holiday season.
Adapting PayPal’s international holiday campaign required transforming a global design system strongly marked by a “US Holiday” aesthetic into a more editorial French version, highlighting responsible and innovative brands.
The Give Better campaign is built on a strong creative universe featuring luminous shop windows, concrete textures, blurred effects and depth-of-field play. However, the toolkit, originally designed mainly for the North American market, needed to be reworked to fit French habits and expectations.
Delasource therefore revisited these visual codes to propose a more understated aesthetic, closer to the brands highlighted and more consistent with their responsible commitments.
We created short narrative formats for Instagram and Facebook, designed to tell in just a few seconds the story and mission of each partner brand.
Each banner and carousel follows a shared three-step structure:
A direct hook that reveals the brand’s commitment or know-how.
A proof point, such as manufacturing method, materials or impact.
An emotional or uplifting conclusion that reconnects the brand to the holiday spirit.
The final slogans, unified under the baseline “A beautiful idea behind your gifts”, position PayPal as a supporter of these responsible French brands.
We softened the very US-style holiday codes to create a gentler and more European atmosphere, more aligned with the values of responsible consumption upheld by the partner brands.
Together, these elements form a coherent, premium and committed digital campaign that highlights both the artisans and entrepreneurs as well as the products themselves.
